Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to every feature from day one.
What's the difference between Solo and Pro?
Both plans include every feature Chef Pauly offers — recipe costing, AI assistant, catering CRM, Xero sync, stocktake, purchase orders, nutrition labels, and more. Solo is capped at 1 user, 50 dishes, and 10 active jobs. Pro allows up to 5 users with unlimited dishes and jobs.
Are all features available on every plan?
Yes. Both Solo and Pro include the full feature set: AI chef assistant, recipe costing, catering job management, BEO generator, client proposals, Stripe deposits, stocktake, COGS reporting, purchase orders, shopping lists, nutrition labels, Xero integration, and invoice scanning. The only differences are user limits and usage caps.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your billing page. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you decide not to continue, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion — nothing is lost immediately.
